Full-Time Director of Administration and Operations

Job Description

Race Track Chaplaincy of America (RTCA) is seeking a Director of Administration and Operations (DAO) to work out of the National Service Center located in Lexington, Kentucky.  The DAO will work under the supervision of the Executive Director to manage the daily operations of the national office in serving Chaplains and local Councils, manage the annual budget, fulfill fund raising objectives, interface with race tracks and horse farm ministries, manage the social networking outreach for RTCA, and fulfill other duties assigned by the Executive Director.  The successful candidate will be a committed Christian and have a BA degree or 5 years of directly related equivalent experience, with some background in working with multi-cultures and specifically Latino.  The candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish, knowledgeable of social media, Microsoft products and have strong skills in written, electronic and verbal communication.

Race Track Chaplaincy of America is a 501(c)(3) evangelical, inter-denominational, Christian organization whose purpose is to minister to the spiritual, emotional, physical, and social/educational needs of those persons involved in all aspects of the horse racing industry.
