Director of Music Ministry

The Director of Music Ministry is a full time position. The Director works closely with the Senior Minister to ensure memorable and meaningful worship services on Sunday mornings and occasional special services.  The current position includes a wide skill set serving as both choir director and accompanist (organ and piano) for adult and youth choirs and adult and youth bell choirs.  He/she would arrange for a variety of additional musical experiences.  Supervises part-time staff for preschool and elementary age vocal choirs.  Must enjoy being part of team planning process for thematic worship and have good administrative, interpersonal and communication skills. The position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in music and two years of music leadership in directing or equivalent. Salary: Approx. $49,000 plus benefits.
