Full-Time Media/Technology Director

Job Description

The media/technology director position at New Hope International a full-time position. Must be a people oriented person who knows how to lead a group of volunteers within the media department and constantly growing the team. Need to have knowledge on how to properly operate video cameras, video producing and editing as well as graphic design. Video producing and editing will take place weekly. Will be required to update and maintain New Hope International’s website daily and must be up to date with social media outlets (Facebook, twitter, instagram, etc.) and how to effectively use them. Knowledge of steaming live services via the internet is vital (New Hope’s services stream live each week). Service days are Tuesday night at 7 pm and Sunday morning at 9:30 am and 11:30 am. Attendance at each service is required.  

Must know how to operate a camera, produce and edit video and some knowledge in graphic design.  Need to be a people oriented person and work well with a team and know how to lead a team. Have a knowledge in web design and maintaining and updating a website. Know how to utilize social media outlets effectively (Facebook, twitter, instagram, etc). Knowing how to train others is key to the media/technology position for New Hope.
