Job Description

Creative, contemporary, non-denominational church with desire for excellence searching for a dynamic Student Minister.  Church is well established in the community and part-time role will become full-time with the right person.  Candidate should be a forward-thinker who is not afraid to try new things in order to reach middle and high school students.  Must be an engaging communicator and feel calling to student ministry.  This position will oversee weekly large group gatherings (including music, activities, message, etc.), small groups which meet in homes, and quarterly special events/trips/service opportunities.  Should be gifted in developing relationships with students, parents, and volunteer leaders.
